A Public Hearing to discuss selling old water tank site on Judson was held on this date at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Travis Yoxall, Frank Emmerich, Todd Marris and Charlene Gregory.

Public Comment: questions where asked if it would be sold as a whole parcel and if it would be auctioned off or sold by a realtor.

Mike Parker updated the board on Drainage and Roadway Improvements on School, Curtis, and Judson Streets and Utility and Roadway Improvements for Black Tract, Curtis, Van Epps and Verona Streets.

Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to approve CCI Companies Co., Inc. bid of $1,397,862.20 for Utility and Roadway Improvements project. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve a 5% rate for 15 year agreement with Time Warner Franchise. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to adopt 2012-2013 Budget with not tax increase to General Budget, Water Rate increase of .34 cents to outside users and no increase to Sewer users. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to amend PBA contract for Full Time employees work schedule and Health Insurance. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Christopher Green to Full Time Police Officer as of March 2012. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Nicholas Rizzo for DPW summer help. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to give Jay Finch 24 feet of property in exchange for easement for sewer line to old water tank property. Jay Finch will pay all expenses. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to hold a auction on May 21st at 7:00 p.m. to sell old water tank site on Judson. 4 ayes 0 nays
