A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present: Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Travis Yoxall, Frank Emmerich, Todd Marris and Charlene Gregory.

Public Comment: Garbage issues were addressed to the board

Mike Parker emailed an update on Drainage and Roadway Improvements on School, Curtis, and Judson Streets and Utility and Roadway Improvements for Black Tract, Curtis, Van Epps and Verona Streets.

Tabled National Grid study until next board meeting.

Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to approve resolution for property on Judson Road to be surplus property and to sold by auction. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to approve, Clerks, DPW, Water/Sewer and Police Reports.
