A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Frank Emmerich, Todd Marris and Travis Yoxall absent Charlene Gregory.

Public Comment:  Residence addressed the board with concerns with project on Van Epps St. and Wentworth Property on North St. Residence also had complaints of smell from HP Hood and recycling issues.           

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept July minutes with the following changes. 3 ayes 0 nays

Opening of Truck bid - 1st bid from Bryan Acee in the amount of $451.00 and 2nd bid from Sean Russell in the amount of 826.00.

Jessica Plank update the board on this summers park program.

Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to approve Eric Fuller for Planning Board 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve hiring 12 part time police officers for concert August 29 at Vernon Downs. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve changing December 17th board meeting to December 10th. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve closing Village on December 24th and 31st. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve, DPW, Water/Sewer and Police Reports.
