A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Todd Marris,, and Charlene Gregory. Absent Frank Emmerich.

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to accept February minutes. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Tentative Budget. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made Todd Marris to approve Wastewater Treatment Plant Capacity Assessment by Barton and Loguidice in the amount of $3,800.00. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to approve resolution for percentage of VLT money the Village would receive. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve resolution for the Village to voice the boards displeasure with the Settlement Agreement with the Oneida Indians. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to approve Clerks, DPW, Water/Sewer and Police Reports.
