The Regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Jay Finch, and Frank Emmerich, absent Chris Woodcock

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve June minutes. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Vernon Town code agreement.  3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to abolish Village code position.  3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Jay Finch to approve Police car to be auction off with a minimum of $1,000.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve the Village Mayor to offer the home owner of 5257
W Seneca St to pay $4,000 in fines if he signs over the property to the Village. If the Village Attorney says there is no conflict in doing so. 3 ayes 0 nays

Tabled clothing allowance for summer help.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Clerks, DPW/Water/Sewer, Codes and Police Reports.
