A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour Trustees, Frank Emmerich, Wendy Hunt, Todd Marris and Chris Woodcock.

Public Comment:  Keith Schiebel attend meeting to give the board an update on Sale Tax and that there will be 0% increase on 2017 County taxes.

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve to abolish Public Safety Telecommunicate Position. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve American Legion Bell Jar and Queen of Hearts License for 2017.  4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve Health and Dental Insurance Premium for 2017 (7.8% increase) 4 ayes 0nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to purchase a used leaf Vac in the amount of $4,800. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve to increase A5110.2 in the amount of $4,800.
