A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour, Trustees, Frank Emmerich, Wendy Hunt, Todd Marris and Chris Woodcock.

Public Comment:  Keith Schiebel attended meeting to update us on sales tax highlights of February Board of Legislators meeting and Petition for Volunteer Firefighters benefits.

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve purchase a new Bobcat with attachments at state bid for $37,000 and trade in old Bobcat with attachments for a trade in value of $11,000. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Clerks, DPW/Water/Sewer, Code and Police Reports.
