A Regular Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour, Trustees, Wendy Hunt and Todd Marris absent Chris Woodcock and Frank Emmerich

Public Comment: A resident addressed the board with a concern with traffic going to fast on Peterboro St. and wanted say the DPW is doing a fantastic job around the Village. Robin Coufal from the Village of Vernon Library came to update the board on the library programs, attendance and donations.

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve April meeting minutes.3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve budget adjustments. (see attached) 3 aye 0 nays

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve Clerks, DPW/Water/Sewer, Code and Police Reports.
