A Regular Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour, Trustees, Wendy Hunt Todd Marris, and Chris Woodcock absent Frank Emmerich.

Frank Talllrino and Dodson & Associates updated the board on the progress they have done in the past year on the Sewer Treatment plant upgrade. (see attached)

Keith Schiebel updated the board on Vernon Downs and Highlights of Legislator meeting.

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve May meeting minutes.3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to go in and out of Executive Session. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve only using only Jody Theime for Codes at the Town of Vernon. 2 ayes 1 abstained

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Town of Vernon Code contract. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve Karie Mcrae to run park program and Park assistants to be Dylan Trost, Tessa Knusden, Mine Short and Sarah Harrington to be alternate park assistant.
