A Public Hearing was held on this date at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: 

Mayor Gerald Seymour, Trustees, Wendy Hunt Todd Marris, and Chris Woodcock absent Frank Emmerich. Regular Board meeting followed.

Public Comment: Lori from Community Bank asked the board if the bank did a fund raiser for Earth Day. The bank would like use the funds to plant a tree in the Village Park. Harry Weismantle address the board about employee health Insurance contribution rate increase. Keith Schiebel came to update the board on misc. items going on in Oneida County.

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve Water/Sewer Relevy fee of $25.00 for 0-$300/$50.00 fee for $301 to $600/$100 fee for $601 and over for unpaid accounts.  3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Water rate increase of 3% to start immediately.
