Tallarino Engineering updated the board on WWTP upgrade status. Hoping to have Phase 1 out for bid June 18, 2018.

Keith Schiebel updated the board on the highlights of April meeting for the Oneida County Board of Legislators. (see attached)

Motion was made by Joe D’Agostino to approve Park program to run July 10^th to August 17^th Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 am till Noon 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Taylor Sreca to approve Planned maintenance agreement with Verdin Company from July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019 in the amount of $630.00. 3 ayes 0 nays
