A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present: Mayor, William Sreca , Trustees Gerald Seymour, Thomas Malecki, Travis Yoxall, and Charlene Gregory.
Public Comment: No Public
Motion was made by Gerald Seymour to accept December minutes with the following change.

Paragraph 11 should read 3rd & more offense to be less than $100.00 and not to exceed $500.00 and not more than 90 days in jail
Kyle Shannon from Gates & Cole presented the board with 2011-2012 insurance quote
Jeff Rowe from Barton and Loguidice update the board on the Water Project.
Tony and Chip from Vernon Little league updated the board on this years plans. The would like to have an opening day parade on May 7th @ 9:00 am, build minor league dugouts, repair roof on softball field dugouts, and change the announcing booth into a concession stand, add up to the existing building for the announcing booth and place a new flag pole by the left field fence.
Motion was made by Gerard Seymour to have election polling place at the Village Hall, 8 Ruth Street with polls open from 12:00 noon until 9:00 pm. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to appoint Beverly Mackey, Bill Boyd for election inspectors. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Thomas Malecki to increase the following cemetery fees:

- Grave opening & closing fees from $350.00 to $500.00
- Grave opening & closing (Cremation) fees from $100.00 to $175.00
- Grave opening & closing (Baby) fees from $35.00 to $50.00
- Foundation for Headstone from $.50 per square inch to $1.00 per square inch
- Foundation for Monument from $.50 per square inch to $1.00 per square inch
Motion was made by Charlene to increase water shut fee from $25.00 to $50.00. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Thomas Malecki to have an Attendance, Drug & Alcohol and Cell phone policy in place by March 1, 2011. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Gerald Seymour to accept, Clerks, DPW, WWTP, Water and Police Reports. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to pay the bills. 4 ayes 0 nays
