A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present: Mayor, William Sreca , Trustees Thomas Malecki, Travis Yoxall, and Charlene Gregory. Absent Gerald Seymour
Public Comment: No Public
Motion was made by Thomas Malecki to accept November minutes with the following change. 3 ayes 0 nays
Paragraph 8 should read Section 13 to read "shall be reimbursed for same not to exceed three-hundred fifty dollars"
Jeff Rowe from Barton and Loguidice update the board on the Water Project.
Motion was made by Thomas Malecki to accept letters to be sent to residence in garbage violations. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Thomas Malecki to accept TDS contract for internet service for 24 months at a rate of 49.99 a month. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to accept court audit done by the Village board members - Mayor William Sreca, Trustees Gerald Seymour and Charlene Gregory. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to accept the Town of Vernon contract for Code enforcement until June 30, 2011. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Thomas Malecki to put a 10 ton limit on Peterboro Street. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to except changes to garage sale permits as follows.

- local law 113-3 Advertising signs
An advertising sign no greater in size than two feet by two feet may be installed on the premises on which the garage sale will be conducted, or may be placed on private property or right of way with permission of property owner. Such sign can be placed 1/2 hour before sale begins and must be removed 1/2 hour after sales ends each day. As long as sign does not obstruct vehicle or pedestrian traffic.
No sign or other display advertising the sale shall be placed on any public place and no illuminated or lighted sign may be used to advertise a garage sale

The licensee for a garage sale shall be responsible for the maintenance of good order and decorum on the premises during the hours of the garage sale and shall not permit the parking of motor vehicles on or about the public streets that would impede the flow of vehicular traffic and shall not obstruct or impede pedestrian traffic on the sidewalks of the Village
- local law 113-9 Display of license or permit
The license or permit is required to be exhibited by affixing to the cart, table or shelf from which merchandise is vended or sold so that same is visible to the public. Where impractical to affix said license or permit, it must be carried by the licensee, who shall be required to exhibit it at the request of any citizen.
Motion was made by Thomas Malecki to change penalties to Local Law 189-31 as follows:
change penalty structure for motor vehicle infractions to:
· 1st & 2nd offense to be not less than $50.00 and not to exceed $100.00 and not more than 15 days in jail
· 3rd & More offense to be more than $100.00 and not to exceed $500.00 and not more than 90 days in jail

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to have Budget workshops at 9:00 am Saturday Jan 15th, Jan 29th, Feb 12th and Feb26th. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Thomas Malecki to accept William Russell Post 404 application for games of chance for 2011. 3 aye 0 nays
