A special Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:00 p.m.with the following members present: Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Travis Yoxall, Frank Emmerich, Todd Marris and Charlene Gregory.

Motion was made by Todd Marris approve a resolution for Water System Improvements Project Budget modification to decrease administrative budget by 1109.32. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve a Bond Resolution to authorizing the Construction of Improvements to Village Water Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Facilities at an estimated maximum cost of $2,010,600. 4 aye 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmeich to adjourn. 4 ayes 0 nays
