Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Public Nuisance Abatement law. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to approve budget workshops on January 26th and February 16th at 9:00 am. 4 ayes 0 nays

National Grid energy savings plane was tabled until next board meeting.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve 2013 Board Meeting Dates. 4 ayes 0 nays

Jan 14th, Feb 11th, March 18th, April 8th, May 20th, June 17th,

July 15th, Aug 12th, Sept 23rd, Oct 21st, Nov 18th and Dec 9th

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to appoint Karen Rizzo - vital statistics and Gerald Seymour Jr. deputy vital statistics. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to change Health Insurance coverage to 20% will be paid by Village and employee will pay 80%. For all employees hired on or after February 1, 2013. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to create a Water & Sewer Maintenance worker position.
