A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Todd Marris, Frank Emmerich, Travis Yoxall and Charlene Gregory.

Public Comment:  Little League updated the board on changes that will require the ball fields to expand and looking at building a new field.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept March minutes. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to approve General Fund Budget for 2013-2014. 4 ayes 0 nays      

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Water and Sewer Budget for 2013-2014. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Clerks, DPW, Water/Sewer and Police Reports.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to pay the bills. 4 ayes 0 nays
