A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Todd Marris, Frank Emmerich, Travis Yoxall and Charlene Gregory.

Public Comment:  no comment

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept April minutes with the following change. 4 ayes 0 nays

                        Paragraph 3 should read March minutes

Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to approve all new water hookups to be paid in full at time of application in the amount of $2650.00. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to appoint Francis Blazer as Village attorney for fiscal year June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014. 4 ayes 0 nays      

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Village of Vernon Fire Contract for 2013- $49,050.00, 2014 - $49,525.00 and 2015 - $50,000.00. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve 2013 - 2016 Police Contract.

3 ayes 0 nays Charlene Gregory abstained

Gas card and Plow Truck tabled to next meeting

Village wide garage sale to be held June 15th. Any resident participating will not need a permit.

Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to appoint Jessica Planck as Park Director. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Summer Park Program to run from July 9th to August 16th.

Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to approve Clerks, DPW, Water/Sewer and Police Reports.
