A Public hearing to discuss moving money from Water repair reserves to pay for water line damage due to flooding was held on this date at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Frank Emmerich and Charlene Gregory.

The regular Village Board meeting followed with the same members present.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept October minutes with the following change paragraph 12 should read renew on January 1, 2014. 3 ayes 0 nays


 

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to not accept bids for Truck and Police car. 3 ayes 0 nays

  • Truck one bid of $766.00

  • Police car one bid  of $528.00

  • Moped no bids


 

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to put out Truck, Police car and moped out to bid to be opened at  Dec 9, 2013 monthly meeting. With a minimum bid for Truck and Police car of $1,000. 3 ayes 0 nays


 

Motion was made by Todd Marris approve moving $32,000 from Water Repair reserves to pay for waterline repair damage due to flooding. 3 ayes 0 nays


 

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Sludge agreement with City of Sherrill as follows.

  • 2014: 8 cents per gallon       2015: 9 cents per gallon       2016: 10 cents per gallon


 

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to approve Garbage agreement with City of Sherrill as follows.

3 ayes 0 nays

  • 2014: $54,500       2015: $55,000         2016: $56,00


 

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Court audit done April 2013. 3 ayes 0 nays


 

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve to move forward with funding to pay off bonding of I & I project. 3 ayes 0 nays


 

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve new Court Clerk Sandra Hinman At a rate of $13.25.

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to approve new F550 Truck for DPW funding for $62,783.00 as follows. 3 aye 0 nays

  • $25,000 loan from Oneida Savings for 4 yrs at a interest rate of 2.49%

  • $17,783 from proceeds of totaled Plow Truck

  • $12,500 from General fund Vehicle Reserves

  • $5,000 from Water fund Vehicle Reserves

  • $2,500 from Sewer fund Vehicle Reserves


 

Motion was made by Frank Marris to approve Clerks, DPW, Water/Sewer and Police Reports.
