A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Chris Woodcock., Jay Finch. and Frank Emmerich

Public Comment: Steve Jonis and Jeff Baker requested the board’s permission to use the Village of Vernon Soft Ball field for Girls Softball league that is now a combined as a VVS district league.

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to accept February minutes. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve to purchase kleanline model KVC3003 Hot Pressure Washer in the amount of $3,700.00. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to have a Public Hearing on May 18, 2015 at 7:30 pm to transfer $78,000 from Water Repairs.to fund new water line extension. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Water line extension budget in the amount of $298,000.

Motion was made by Jay Finch to approve have the parking lot relined at the Bartholomew Park.

Motion was made by Jay Finch to approve 2015 appointment to all stay the same except for the official Village newspaper will be Rome Sentinel. 4 ayes o nays

John Deere Tractor purchase was tabled

Meeting to be held on Friday April 24, 2015 at 7:00 am to discuss WWTP study being done by Barton & Loguidice.

Village wide garage sale will be held June 6, 2015 with no permit required

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve Clerks, DPW/Water/Sewer, Codes and Police Reports.
