A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour Trustees, Frank Emmerich, Wendy Hunt and Chris Woodcock absent Todd Marris.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve May meeting minutes with the following change.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve 2015-2016 budget increase for Water Fund expenditures to $1,036,662.93. 3 ayes 0 nays

 

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve 2015-2016 budget increase for Sewer Fund expenditures to $476,592.26. 3 ayes 0 nays

 

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to show Zootopia on the first movie night. 3 ayes 0 nays

 

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve Dylan Trost, Tessa Knudsen and Ryan McNamara to hire for Park program. 3 ayes 0 nays

 

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Town Code agreement for 2016-2017. 3 ayes 0 nays

 

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve discontinuing solicitation permits indefinitely.
