A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour, Trustees, Frank Emmerich, Wendy Hunt, Todd Marris and Chris Woodcock.
Public Comment: Mr. & Mrs. Rigall address the board regarding hook up fee for new curb box due to the fact that there old one need to be replaced. They thought the Village should have had to absorb some of the expense. Bill Davies has been approached by Cerebral Palsy to buy house he is building on Route 31 in the Village and needs approval by Village Board before going to Planning Board. Vol. Fire Company addressed the board with a concern with blue house on Van Epps St with the piles of junk that keeps getting bigger.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Variety Shop to have a farmers Market every Wednesday noon to 6:00 pm starting mid-May thru October. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve Fire Contract with a $1,000 raise for a 4 year contract starting June 1, 2017. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made Chris Woodcock to approve minimum water rate increase for first 3,000 gallons for inside users in the amount of $16.08 and outside users to $23.49. 4 ayes 0 nays

A Special Village Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour, Trustees, Frank Emmerich, Todd Marris Chris Woodcock and absent Wendy Hunt.
Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve site selection on Verona Street with the stipulation final approval be voted on after informational meeting and planning board meeting recommendations.
