A Regular Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour, Trustees, Wendy Hunt Todd Marris, Chris Woodcock and Frank Emmerich
Public Comment: Andrew Sequin asked the board if the youth soft ball league could have their own shed at the field and new bases for the soft ball field.
Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve October meeting minutes 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve contract with Oneida Herkimer solid waste authority agreement renewal for 10 years. 4 ayes 0 Nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve American Legion Bell Jar license for 2018

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to go into Executive session to discuss Health Insurance.

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to increase Health Insurance percentage employees pay to 20% starting with Premium due February 1, 2018 (Police contract is locked in until May 31, 2018).

Motion was made Frank Emmerich to accept a verbal resignation from Jeff Lynch to Paul Thompson in September 2016. (Since a written resignation from Jeff has not been received after several attempts to contact Jeff). 4 ayes 0 nays

Keith Schiebel came to update the board on revenue sharing and shared service.
