A Regular Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour, Trustees, Wendy Hunt Todd Marris, Chris Woodcock and Frank Emmerich.
Public Comment: Katie Fleming and Catello addressed the board with snow plowing concerns in front of 4505 Peterboro St .Harry Weismantle addressed the board with concerns with the Health insurance increase to Village Employees.

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve Resolution to finance 2017 F550 DPW truck with Community Bank in the amount of $58,906 for 5 years at a rate of 3.8% to be paid semiannually.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to amend raising employee contribution for Health Insurance to 20% until June 1, 2018. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Beverly Mackey, Nadine Daniszewski and Karl Knight for March 20th election inspectors. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve to hold budget meetings on January 20th and February 3rd at 9:00a.m. 4 ayes 0 nays
