Mayor Taylor Sreca, Trustees, Joe D’Agostino, Todd Marris, and Bryan Acee

Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve December meeting minutes. 4 ayes 0 nays

Lesley Grogan from Gates and Cole presented new Insurance Policy that renews on February 4, 2019.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Gates and Cole policy renewal in the amount of $30,379.58. 4 ayes 0 nays

Keith Scheibel updated the Board what was happening at Oneida County Board of legislators meeting in December.

Motion was made by Joe D’Agostino to approve Resolution to hold Village Election on March 19, 2019 to be held at Village hall polls to be open Noon until 9:00 pm4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve Beverly Mackey and Nadine Danizewski. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve Budget meeting to be held Monday February 21, 2019 at 5:00 pm. 4 ayes 0 nays

Mayor Taylor Sreca updated the board on current Police Budget and H.P. Hood letter requesting to bring sludge from their Oneida Plant to the Vernon Plant to be processed through the Village Sewer Plant.
