A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present: Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Travis Yoxall, Frank Emmerich, Todd Marris and Charlene Gregory.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept December minutes. 4 ayes 0 nays

Barton & Loguidice updated the Board on the Water Project, Drainage & Roadway Improvements and Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to adopt resolution to close out Water Project with budget modifications. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory modify final design fee for Barton & Loguidice from $12,000 to $14,000 due to addition to project. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made my Charlene Gregory to allow Barton & Loguidice go to bid for Utility and Roadway Improvements - Black Tract, Curtis, Van Epps and Verona Streets. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve amendments to Trespasz & Marquardt, LLP agreement to increase their fee by $6,901.00. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to purchase a new Ford Truck for the Water & Sewer department not to exceed $17,771. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Travis Yoxall to have a public hearing on February 27 to discuss a new local law prohibiting cross connections between Village of Vernon Water System and private water systems.
