A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor, Gerald Seymour , Trustees Todd Marris, Frank Emmerich and Charlene Gregory.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept September and October 3rd special meeting with the following change to Oct 3rd meeting. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept CCI offer of $15,000 to settle I & I project.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept B & L extra expense for I & I project due to CCI in the amount of $12,000. 3 ayes 0 nays
Two employees from the Library addressed the board that they are in need of board members and wondering if the board had any suggestions.
Travis Yoxall resigned as Trustee as of October 5, 2013
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Court audit done April 2013. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve to move forward with funding to pay off bonding of I & I project. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to have a Public Hearing on November 18, 2013 at 7:30 to discuss moving money from Water Repairs to the Water fund to pay damage to water line. 3 aye 0 nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve to put out to bid 1986 1 ton dump truck, 2007 Police car and moped. Bids to be opened at November 18, 2013 board meeting at 7:30. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to approve Health Insurance renewal for December 1, 2013 and renew on January 1, 2013 for a lower rate. 3 aye 0 nays
