A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Chris Woodcock., Jay Finch. and Frank Emmerich

Public Comment: Mr. Eastman addressed the board with a concern with his water bill. He feels he is due a refund of $62.00 due to overestimated readings. Jim Carol also had a concern with how the plowing was done on Violet Way.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept February minutes. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve Adopting the General Budget with no tax increase in the amount of $678,508.05 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Adopting the Water Budget with no rate increase in the amount of $788,509.21. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Adopting Sewer Budget with no rate increase in the amount of $445,900.25. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve Code book section 200-29 zoning item B (5) change.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve an additional $9,000 for purchase of new police car.

Motion was made by Jay Finch to put bid out to purchase a new John Deere 3046R Compact Utility Tractor to be opened on April 20, 2015 at 7:30 pm.. 4 ayes 0 nays

Easter egg hunt will be on April 4, 2015 at 10:00 am

Grant for Study on the WWTP paper work is all done.
