The Regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present: Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Jay Finch, and Chris Woodcock absent Frank Emmerich,
Public Comment: no public
Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve August minutes with the following changes:

- Paragraph two should read new cement pad for batting cage
- Paragraph three should read July minutes
Motion was made by Jay Finch to approve new computer policy. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve new handbook changes. 3 ayes 0 nays
Tabled solicitation permits for 6 months (March)
The Mayor advised the board that the owner of 5257 West Seneca Street property offered the Village to purchase property for $15,000.
Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Clerks, DPW/Water/Sewer, and Police Reports.

October 8, 2015
On this date an emergency meeting was held with Mayor Jerry Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Frank Emmerich, Chris Woodcock and Jay Finch
One resident came to express concern over the danger of the vacant white building on the corner State route 31 and State route 5.
Todd made the motion to combine ZBA and Planning Board due to lack of volunteers for both boards. 4 ayes 0 nays.
With both boards combined Chris made the motion to accept Planning board’s/ZBA’s decision to approve Special use permit to sell alcohol at the site of the old Mason Jar. 4 ayes 0 nays.
The board then went into executive session to discuss an employee issue.
The board came out of executive session.
Frank made a motion to give Dave Cummins the raise promised him when he received Certification of his 2A license for Sewer Plant operation. 4 ayes 0 nays.
