The Regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Jay Finch, Frank Emmerich, and Chris Woodcock

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve October meeting minutes.   4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Procurement Police. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve 2016 Health and Dental rate increase. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Jay Finch to approve Employee Handbook. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Jay Finch to approve purchase of grease gun from Gemplers in the amount of $308.95.  4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to pay Morgan Espaba $13.00 an hour to help once a month at Village of Vernon Court. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to create a seasonal motor equipment operator position part-time/full time for plowing on a as needed basis. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve budget adjustments. (See attached) 4 aye 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Village DPW to continue snow removal from sidewalks. 4 ayes 0 nays

Tree lighting Ceremony will be held on December 5, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.at the Village of Vernon Park with refreshment to follow at the Village of Vernon Fire Department.

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve Clerks, DPW/Water/Sewer, and Police Reports.
