The Regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour Trustees Todd Marris, Frank Emmerich, and Chris Woodcock absent Jay Finch

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve February meeting minutes. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve tentative budgets for General Water and Sewer with no tax increase for General, a 10% increase in Water rates due to water rate increase from Oneida and no increase in Sewer. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve changing 9.1 section in handbook to read. The Village agrees to continue the retiree’s and spouse’s health and dental coverage with the Village paying 50% of health and dental premium. Any new hires, as of June 1st 2016, will be paid in full by retiree. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve hiring Katie Hayes, Darcy Bloss and Alan Pelesic for part time Police Officers 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve General fund budget amendments. 3 ayes 0 nays
Carnival Day was discussed and tabled to a later date.
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve to pursue demolishing the building down on 5257 W. Seneca St with minimal cost to the Village. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Clerks, DPW/Water/Sewer, Code and Police Reports.
