A Public Hearing for take $30,000 from Water Vehicle Reserves for shortfall in Water fund was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour Trustees Todd Marris, Frank Emmerich, Wendy Hunt and Chris Woodcock.
The Regular Village Board meeting followed the Public Hearing with the same members present

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve March meeting minutes. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Todd Marris to unreserved $30,000 from Water Vehicle Reserves account for water fund short fall. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Budgets for General, Water and Sewer with no tax increase for General, a 10% increase in Water rates due to water rate increase from Oneida and no increase in Sewer. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve 2016-2020 appointment. (See attached) 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to appoint Karen Rizzo as Vital Statistics Registrar and Gerald Seymour Jr. as Deputy Registrar with term expiring March 31, 2020. 4 ayes 0 nays
Tabled Police Contract
Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve giving Girl Softball league $500.00. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to go into executive session to discuss summer help. 4 ayes 0 nays
