A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date a 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Gerald Seymour Trustees, Frank Emmerich, Wendy Hunt and Todd Marris absent Chris Woodcock.
Public Comment: Abe Acee had a concern with his large water bill and was very concerned that the Village never notified him of water lines being flushed. He had to throw out about 700lbs of ice. He wanted to know who was going to be responsible for his cost because he wasn’t notified. He would like to be notified in the future of any water line flushing so he could turn off his water line to his ice machines.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve to put out old John Deere Tractor on International Auction Site. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve Halloween Party Oct 29th. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve moving $3,338.00 from Park fund to Sidewalk funds.
