Public Comment: Tom Vanderhoof addressed the board about a water leak due to boiler pipe break that happened at one of his rental properties. He asked the board for a sewer credit due to the water never entered the sewer. Steve Davies wanted to know if Village employees where salaried or hourly due to the fact that Dave Commins works a lot at Dibbles during the week day hours.

Motion was made by Wendy Hunt to approve General Fund Budget for 2018-2019 with no tax increase and the following changes from the tentative budget: Decrease Revenue A1001 and Appropriations A5110.2 by $4,769.37. 3 ayes 1 nays (D’Agostino) 1 abstained (Sreca)

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Water Fund Budget with a 3% rate increase.
