A Regular board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present:
Mayor Taylor Sreca, Trustees, Joe D’Agostino, Todd Marris, Bryan Acee and Attorney Frances Blazer
Public Comment: Linda Lagoda present more information about dog. Loreena Davies addressed the board again about a nuisance dog issue. Andy Catello had a concern about millings, weeds around the Village, Bottle returns piling up around Circle K and mold in the Police Department.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to adjust Vernon Downs Sewer bill due to malfunction of meter. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Joe D’Agostino to approve Hazard Mitigation Program document for 1 Tannery Lane. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Byran Acee to approve buying a time clock for WWTP and for all employees to use a time clock. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Joe D’Agostino to approve Halloween Party be held at the Fire Department on October 27th at 6:00 pm. 4 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve buying mums for around the Village. 4 ayes 0 nays
Police contract still being negotiated
