Keith Scheibel updated the board on Oneida County Board of Legislators for August
Motion was made by William Davies to approve resolution authorizing the Village Mayor to sign a memorandum for the Town of Vernon Center Water District NO.1 4 aye 0 nays
Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve extending 2016-2018 Police contract until April 1, 2020.

Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve to hire Mr Sealer to repair Black Ave W and Cooper St for the amount if $3,650.00. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made in Executive session by William Davies to approve the following raises starting August 26, 2019. 4 Ayes 0 nays
- Harry Weismantle – $1.00 an hour
- Sandra Schell - .25 cents per hour
- Karen Rizzo - $400.00 to her yearly salary
