A Public Hearing was held on this date at 6:30 pm with the following members present: Mayor Joseph D’Agostino, Trustee Bryan Acee, Todd Marris and William Davies.
There was no Public comment regarding HP Hood Industrial usage permit.
Regular Board meeting followed:
Motion was made by William Davies to approve October meeting minutes. 3 ayes 0 nays
Keith Scheibel updated the Board on Oneida County budget information.
Sarah Eggan from NYS Department of Health to present information regarding Cancer prevention programs.
Tim Ohara updated the board on WWTP upgrade and advised the board to stay on track he suggested the Village to start the process to buy the new clarifier.
Motion was made by Bryan Acee pending EFC approval to purchase the clarifier for the WWTP upgrade.

Jim Cunningham from New Water Technology presented the board with Septembers update on how the WWTP is running and discussed HP Hood Industrial usage permit.

Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve new Health Insurance options. 3 ayes 0 nays
- Platinum employee pays 20%
- Gold employee pays 15%

- Bronze employee pays 0%
- Opt out of Insurance employee receives $3,000
Motion was made by William Davies to approve 2-year CGSS Subscription. 3 ayes 0 nays
Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve to all adjustments to General Water and Sewer Budgets

- adjusted all funded to show raises that started Sept 2019
- adjusted payroll breakdown due to Water Technologies taking over WWTP (sewer and water)
